It can be done! Grab some things at the store (both of you), and take them to the park along with some 'toys' like a frisbee or ball. Grab a basketball and shoot some hoops with the lady, even if she can't ball (most likely unless she plays for the WNBA). Then stop by the store and get some food to cook later on, and stop by Blockbuster for a movie. Go to the museum on one of their free nights. Or go during a jazz night, have a couple of drinks, then take a walk by a lake @ a local park or something similar. I like coffee houses for a first 'date' also. You get to talk and enjoy the ambiance. Go sightseeing...on the bus or train. For less than $5, both of you can tour parts of the city you have never been to. Volunteer together at a local shelter. This takes no money, and you are doing something for your fellow man while showing your sensitive side. If this were baseball it'd be a triple play!
